Welcome to Manual High School's two Academies. The first academy is Health, Education/Human Service and Business, the second academy is Industrial and Sustainable Technology. We are following the John Hopkins model, we direct students in the career pathways that they are most drawn to. While we are definitely a work in progress, the career academies are progressing nicely. After collaboration amongst the staff, we work within an 85 minute teaching block to differentiate instruction and present learning in different ways. Students and Parents via the website are kept abreast of their weekly grades. We are excited and proud to have the community and parents involved in this curriculum. |
